WOW. Talk about a stunning wedding!
I met Priscilla and Paul the end of 2019, and we sat and talked quite awhile at Starbuck's- about wedding and engagement plans, family, and everything under the sun! They are both SUCH sweet people and when I came home I told Shawn ( my husband) how excited I was for their day!
We shot a really fun Fall engagement session, they both have such warm smiles and great personalities. AND I've got a thing for fall photos! I love the warmth and rich colors!
Then. 2020 hit. I know it was a hard decision for them, but they opted to cancel their June 2020 date until things could be safer for their elderly family members, and everyone! I loved that family is important to them! I told them when they were ready, to let me know.
Fast forward to 2021 and Priscilla contacted me and asked if I'd shoot their ceremony and family & couple photos on Lake Erie in June and I of COURSE said YES!
Some of my favorite things about Priscilla & Paul's day were:
- I just LOVED everything here. The venue, the dress, the florals, the HAMU, and of course the couple!
- The weather was perfect with the bluest sky and it made a completely beautiful backdrop!
- It was a smaller wedding than they originally planned, but it was just intimate and relaxed. It was so nice to have an event with tight nit family and friends!
- Funny moment- Priscilla said "Let's get some beach photos!" and Paul said "It's muddy down there!" to which Priscilla replied "... Is it muddy or just sandy..?". My husband, who assisted, and I chuckled about it on the way home!

I know this wedding wasn't apart of the original plan. but I truly loved everything about it. Thank you SO very much for choosing me to be apart of your day! Best wishes for a lifetime of happiness together with your beautiful kids!
