Mr. & Mrs. West | Calcutta Ohio Wedding

Fun fact- most of my brides that I've worked with this year were past seniors I shot! If you know anything bout me, know this: If you were a client I worked with in the past, there isn't much that makes me happier than to see your smiling face again! And I've LOVED being a really small part in the big events in these girls lives!

Leah happens to be one of my psst seniors, and when she asked if I was available for their wedding, it just made me so happy to be working with her again! I met Noah at their engagement session, they were both full of smiles and I had a blast shooting their session!

When Leah reached out and asked if I would still be willing to shoo their SUNRISE ceremony, my answer was still absolutely yes! And MAN, did they get the most gorgeous sunrise and beautiful day!

Some of my favorite things about Leah and Noah's day were:

  1. I love them both AND their families! Everyone was so nice and it was an easy-going kind of day, which was just lovely!
  2. THE SUNRISE CEREMONY. We were on our way ( my loving husband Shawn and I, who also got up in the dark with me to get ready) and as we're driving in the dark, big moon still high in the sky, I said "I don't know about this,". When we got there, all the girls were busy getting ready and everything was running smoothly. I would be lying is I said I wasn't a little surprised! I would never have known it was 5:30am if I didn't know it was 5:30am! Everyone was busy, smiling, having fun getting ready. And then the actual sunrise over the wedding couple was just STUNNING.
  3. The wedding couple kept most of their day "in the family". Lots of family and friends came together to make this day perfect!

Noah and Leah,

I am so very happy for you both. I enjoyed your day, spending time with you and so many that love you both! Congratulations and wishes for many, many, many happy years!
