I loved this engagement session SO much! I get asked on occasion if I like to shoot in new places that I haven't shot before- and I do! It helps me to be more creative and inspired when I haven't been somewhere before!
When Karla asked if we could make their mini engagement ( that's included with all my wedding packages) into a full session and asked how I'd feel about shooting at The Carnegie Museum of Art, I was all in! It seemed like such a fun idea!
After we got there, Karla and Josh were so sweet and easy to work with! Karla had found a TikTok video of photos of an engagement session at a museum and fell in love with how they looked, and Josh said he paints and was really happy when she mentioned photos in an art museum! How special is that? A place they both really enjoyed and I am always so happy when locations are special for a couple, for whatever reason!
I had suggested finishing our session at the Mellon columns, and poor Karla! She was complimented several times on those gorgeous heel but they definitely weren't the most comfortable! I still say it was completely worth it for the shots we got! Their outfits went so perfectly there! Sorry again Karla!!
