Stathis & Casey are pretty amazing people!
Casey messaged me, we talked over the phone about wedding plans and engagement photos, and everything sounded LOVELY. And it was!
If you know me, I am usually pretty involved. haha! I like to know it all and help plan in anyway I can, because I don't want brides to feel like they are stressed trying to figure things out on their own. On the other hand, Cleveland isn't local to me so I asked her for some suggestions on what she liked or if she knew any areas she might want for engagement photos, and she told me two locations which I Googled and you guys. They were beautiful! Casey nailed it and when I met them both, they wee so sweet and looked completely gorgeous together! I was so happy telling my faithful sidekick ( my husband) on the way home how happy I was to shoot their session and how excited I was for their wedding day!
The wedding day came with beautiful blue skies and sunshine! A little chill in the air! Ok. It was more than a little, but it was still perfect! Casey bought a confetti popper for her and her bridesmaids pre ceremony, SO fun! Casey shared a sweet first look with her bridesmaids and Dad- Brides, DO IT. They are some of my favorite parts of the day to capture those moments! Their church and ceremony were truly breathtaking.
We took photos of the happy couple and their wedding party at the Cleveland Museum of Art! I loved all the neutrals, because deep down, that's what I would pick over color in a heartbeat, and I knew Casey felt the same. They even included their sweet fur baby in a few and for the longest time after I shared that photo it seemed like everyone made sure to mention how much they loved it!
Their reception was at The Aviator, newly remodeled and beautiful! The Aviator is right near the airport and all the lights from the airport out the windows made for some fantastic scenery! I loved when Casey surprised Stathis with a dance with her bridesmaids at the reception! Casey is a beautiful dancer! The Aviator did a beautiful job with their catering too!
Stathis ad Casey, I am so completely honored that you chose me out of I'm sure MANY, MANY photographers who would've loved to work with you! I loved working with you both and I wish you both a very blessed future together! Thank you so very much!
