Miranda and Ryan’s wedding was perfect!

I arrived at the hotel where Miranda and Ryan were getting ready and started on some photos of Miranda’s dress! One fun part of my day I rarely mention is seeing the brides dress for the first time! Miranda’s dress had beautiful detail and a gorgeous train! I loved her off the shoulder sleeves too!

The weather had threatened with a chance of storms, I always have rain gear with me to pull off a wedding if it would happen to, and I’m pretty sure that’s why almost every one of my weddings have been dry. haha!

Some of my favorite things about this wedding were:

  1. Miranda and Ryan are 2 amazing people! I loved working with them for their engagement session. Which was oddly bitterly cold when it should’ve been warm and their wedding was HOT when it should’ve been cooler. The weather in the northeast, right? Anyways! They are both kind and easy going, I had been looking forward to their day!
  2. The bride took some time to do several first looks with family! First looks of any kind give me a little more control over location and light, and I LOVE THAT! During the ceremony it would’ve been impossible for me to get all of their expressions upon seeing her!
  3. Miranda also suprised her grandpa with a first dance for just the two of them, and later he and his bride were out on the dance floor! Those were some really special moments to capture!
  4. Ryan and his groomsmen had some fun with photos! I laughed out loud at my desk a few times!

Miranda and Ryan, thnak you so much for allowing me to be apart of your engagement & wedding photos! I truly enjoyed working with you both and I wish you two all the happiness there is! Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Brown!
